Recently acquired from a local woodworking school that is closing shop. I am told that this is a very rare model of the W F and J Barnes line of scroll saws. I intend to clean it up and put it in working order. Needs repair / replacement of part of the frame, due to break and bad repair by a previous owner.
11/4/20 Restore is Complete of my Scroll Saw. Gotta give a huge shout out to my brother Marc Darisse who machined new pulleys and manufactured a new cam clip that holds the drive belt. Also gotta give props to Ed Hobbs who provided part of the frame and also provided expert advice. These two gentleman are a wealth of knowledge.
