This photo comes from a Classified Ad listing on this site. The lathe was located in Cambridge, Idaho. The "18x10" size presumably means 18" swing, 10' long bed. Here is the seller's description...

"My niece inherited this lathe from her father that passed a coupe decades ago. It's been sitting in a covered shop since then. She was going to sell if for scrap so I asked her to hold off until I had a chance to find someone interested in it. The price I posted [$1,000] is quite random because I don't know machine values. I am mostly interested in finding a home for it instead of scrapping it. It probably ran until it was no longer needed."
