I purchased this machine in Rhode Island, it was on a farm. I believe that it was originally sold by a machinery company called George T. Reynolds & Son of Providence, RI. The motor and switch are not original, but the rest seems correct. It has the factory stand you could order with the saw. I can't find any evidence that it came with guards, but I'm not sure.
