This four-sider appears to be a Yates Type 91 "High-Speed Matcher-Profiler".

It located at a timber museum in Putaruru, central North Island, New Zealand. It is not in working order but looks to be nearly complete.

The Type 91 comes in 3 sizes (according to the 1916 catalogue on VM), 9", 15" and 20". I did not measure this machine, but I'd guess it's either 15" or 20".
