This is a photo of a bandsaw from the January 1928 issue of "Building Age and National Builder", courtesy of Jeff Burks. I am uploading it here because we have never identified a surviving example (yet).
The text of the little writeup (available in the "Manufacturers Image Index" section of the entry for Horn Device Manufacturing Co.) says that the base is 18 inches square, and so is the table, which is made of sheet steel. The saw weighs 135 lbs.
