Purchased this from a gentleman in Shelburn Indiana. He said it belonged to his dad who had gotten it from Union High School in Dugger Indiana when the school closed.

Overall the jointer is in relatively good condition. At some point it has been modified from direct drive to belt drive via an offset motor mount that was fabricated. It is also missing the rabbeting arm although I am not sure it ever had one to begin with. The fence has also been modified to fix it at 90deg.

I have not yet been able to locate a SN on the machine. I have looked in some of the common places such as the end of the in-feed and out-feed tables and on the rabbeting ledge. When the knives were removed I found they all have "ROCKWELL MFG. CO. #37-305" printed on them. So maybe these are the original knives and the machine was made be Rockwell?
