Picked up some a couple who was selling their tools and moving into a retirement community with a much smaller shop. Very good condition, very little rust. Drill speed is adjustable via foot pedal and sliding cone clutch. There's a separate pedal for what appears to be the disengagement from a factory belt drive. The lever mechanism contains a single way clutch, where if the handle is twisted, it will "choke up" for adjusting z height.
