I purchased this machine from the Six Flags Astroworld carpenter shop in Houston Tx. The machine was in use until Six Flags Corporate announced the permanent closing of the Houston theme park at the end of the 2005 season. The planer was purchased new by the park and once it was set up for use it was never moved until I brought it home. I worked at the park for the last 8 years as a ride mechanic and was able to purchase most of the larger machines that were not slated to move to other Six Flags parks.
