Acquired this from FB Marketplace for more than I wanted to pay. But, I wanted to upgrade from 8" Delta Homecraft TS to a 10" and I liked the look of this one. It was complete with Fence, Extension and original motor. Missing only the miter gauge. The guy I got it from said it was his Father In Laws and he had spent thousands of dollars on woodworking equipment but seldom used any of it. The saw definitely looked used, so I suspect his Father in Law was the second owner. I cleaned it up, replaced bearings in Arbor and Motor, painted stand and cabinet to mimic DeWalt RAS hammered bronze finish. Overall I am pleased. Put in a good blade and away we went. Fence seems pretty accurate so I don't think I will replace it.
