I received permission to post these pictures from the seller on e*ay. He says he has the manual and I will upload it if he sends it to me. The Vari-Slo Speed control is an attachment for the drill press and is shown in the 1953 Big Book pictures listed on OWWM. Very unusual to see the whole setup. The drill press was made by King-Seeley, but I don't know the model number. Thanks to Mike for allowing me to post the photos.
