Not sure that this really fits the parameters of vintage machinery, but figured I’d post it since there are no other photo index entries for this maker.
I bought this as a clamp years ago at a yard sale. The real use is to patch leaks in inner tube tires. The hole in the deflated inner tube would be place on the flat circular face of the clamp. Then the crows foot clamping head would hold a special patch against the hole. The patch was rubber coated with a flammable substance, and lighting it with a match would melt and fuse the rubber to the inner tube, making an instant repair.
