Originally sold to "A R Williams Machinery Co. Ltd. 320" (SB dealer) shipped 27-Aug-1948 (per SB s/n card).
I purchased it March 2020 from a private owner who bought the machine surplus in the early 1990s.

spec'd with 9" swing, 4' bed, 12 speed, Quick Change Gearbox (QCG), Friction Feed Apron (long & cross), Overhead Drive with countershaft (CS), Regular Spindle Hole, Standard Swing, Taper Attachment, Thread Cutting Dial, Carriage Stop

currently equipped with Horizontal Motor Drive via countershaft, and modern reversing switch
