Following up a local ad with a poor photo that showed an Atlas drill press. The Atlas 42 had been recently given a very thick coat of paint...over almost everything that could not be taken off easily. After painting some of the parts that had been removed were not replaced properly. The oval switch cover was not painted over and neither was the dealer badge. Table and base in good shape. Previous owner had little information, just wanted the money.
