I spotted this at a toy and transport museum in Wanaka, New Zealand. Unfortunately, being neither toy nor vehicle, it is un-restored and stored outside. And it's certainly no toy - from memory the bed is around 12ft long.
The only hint of a manufacturer is a name plate with the word "Arrel". Made in England.
