Found this on FB marketplace so I jumped on it upon seeing the slo-speed attachment. I dated it as 1940 but that is purely based on the ratchet style, return spring mechanism, and the depth stop attachment style (screwed directly to spindle quill). These are the "as found" pictures. I'll try to add restoration pictures at some point.
