I saw this in the garage of a man who sold me a shaper and a sander. He offered it to me, but I simply did not have the space to carry it, with two machines already in my car.

I Googled the company name, and they are still in business. I saw the following:

"Charles G.G. Schmidt & Co., Inc. provides quality knives, cutterheads, tooling and accessories for shapers, moulders, planers, tenoners, and routers."
