My friend had taken a trip to the scrapyard in New Hampshire and saw the drill press and he sent me a photo and asked if I wanted it so I said absolutely so I ended up at the price of $150 and the bearings have no play and it just needed a good oiling to get everything moving. There is a nice 1.5 horse single phase Dayton motor on it. It has a tag for national defense training for the state of Vermont. It doesn’t have royersford cast onto the frame of the drill press but it is a royersford excelsior 21. Its missing the counter weight for the spindle which il have to add that but its not a huge deal.
