BEEB BROS BB Speed cut Saw out of Seattle Wa.
Rare vintage Scroll Saw, manufactured by Beebe Brothers of Seattle during the mid 1950's. Uses standard scroll saw blades. Has tilting table for angle cuts. Heavy duty machine weighing 60 Lbs. Will cut up to 1 1/2" lumber without problem. New on/off switch and power cord but otherwise original, including the cardboard GE electric motor tag. During the 1930's and 1940's Beebe Bros. produced "Little Cut Up" the original smaller version designed by Robert Beebe. This machine known as "Speed Cut" and designed by Dan Beebe, is Little Cut Up's big brother. A rare find. A US patent was granted in 1953 and a Canadian patent in 1954.
