Purchased at auction the grinder was part of a lot that included two belt sanders. It was incomplete and was not in running condition. It had a make-shift drive belt made of strapping tape (that actually worked) and the power cord was frayed and shorted. The Orek belt is a close match. The patent number is 2,055,302 which, according to the site historian, is dated 1936. If anyone has a copy of the original instructions please place a copy in the index (or send me one and I'll post it).

As found at auction - it's on the belt sander center image. Note the 1x42 laying on the motor mount.
