This has been in my collection so long I have forgotten when or where I acquired it. It is very primitive in appearance and very heavy. The carriage travels in X and Y axies in gibbed dovetailed ways, and the carriage table has a T-slot. Besides grinding blades on the carriage, it can be used as an ordinary grinder. The ball crank on the Y travel is original, the other one probably not.The tool rests are missing, and one tool rest holder is broken. I appreciate its simplicity.

The flat belt would have to drive from above. For grinding without the carriage, it would have tool rests which are missing. One of the tool rest holders is broken. The stone on the left is for sharpening sickle mower blades, indicating it has probably be
