I picked this saw up in Enterprise AL in Dec. 2005. It was purchased from a guy who saved it from an old chair factory that was being torn down. There was another Crescent 36" band saw in the factory as well that the guy who found them is keeping for himself. This saw has wooden rim wheels rather than the more typical cast iron wheels. The wooden wheels was an option offered by Crescent in the early years but few saws have been seen in the wild with original wooden rim wheels. The saw is currentely in storage awaiting restoration.
