Comments:
Found on C'list by a buddy who notified me. I messaged the seller who told me three people are coming to look at it today. I told the seller to message me if was still available. Later in the day a text msg on the phone comes in and says the sander is mine if still interested and I make arrangements to visit. The saw came with the original spindles (10) and three center plates, a number of used/unused sanding spindles. Upon inspection the 4" spindles was frozen on the sander lots of rust on all spindles and the main table. Further to this, the 2" spindles was bent and may need to be replaced if /when I attempt to straighten the spindle fails. I was hoping this model was going to have the older style spindles but alas it had the newer positivities-lok models. I was hoping this unit would help me reconcile the restoration of my older unit but now after some initial cleanup it will be the primary unit and the older style sander will be parted out.

Comments: The 4" spindle was stuck, found out the taper was rusted to the insert but a little PB and gentle persuasion and she eventually came out.

Comments: Serial # 4410, subsequently I rubbed the dust and grease off and the metal plate just fell off, to be re-mounted later.
