Local CL find. PO bought it from a school shop auction in Spring, TX. PO made a lot of great upgrades including a riser block, Carter tensioning lever, Carter upper and lower ball bearing guides, new urethane tires and an HTC mobile base. I have barely had to adjust it since bringing it home!
