This came with a bunch of woodworking tools i bought, there is no markings of anykind on it,have never seen anything like it, it looks like you can mount a round disc of something in it and can be ajusted to put in a 2' dia and as you rotate it you pull the lever and it picks up the arm and releases it eith great force,almosr like it is swaging or peening something, i am at a loss,help me identifi this thing, thanks,i did send a short video on it working along with some pics
