From antique shop, $20. ID plate says "Westinghouse Buffing and Grinding Motor". This exact unit is found in the 1919 and 1920 Westinghouse catalogs. Motor seems to be split-phase type. Shaft is 3/8". Brass carry handle. Note power switch is the rotating type, similar to period household light switches.
