This was from a factory here in Ct and a relative had acquired it and it has sat in the building on our property ever since. I had taken it all apart and painted it and attached it to the line shaft in the building. Unfortunately many years ago when my father was younger he took it apart and lost the spur gear and handle for it so I’m in search for those items for it. But it still has the lower cone part but missing the lower round table.
