This Spindle Shaper came from my Grandfather's (I believe he is the original owner) cabinet shop on Rainier Ave. in Seattle WA.

A separate switch was installed on the front side of the mounting table. The interesting thing I recently discovered is that the motor has a forward and reverse switch which I've never seen before (that may not be saying much). I'm not sure why you would need a reverse on a shaper.
