Family friend who is around seventy had this in his parents garage. The father now since passed at the age of 92 had this stored deep in his garage. I was picking up a old coal forge and asked to looking around his property a bit and garage and went digging a little and happened to see this it had a lot of rust on it so I did a quick restoration job just to take surface rust off and oil it. The shaft still spins freely. The only date I’ve been able to find from it being made is a catalog of prices on this site with the date of 1924
