Thanks to Joao Barbosa listing his pillar drill, I thought I'd drag my recently acquired drill back out of the rat hole and take a few pictures.
I bought the drill from North Canterbury, and it's now in Wellington, New Zealand. I wanted it just for the loose and fast pullys for another project (you couldn't make two pulleys for $50). But they aren't quite the right diameter and the other project is currently on hold - so I'm not sure what the future holds for the drill. It's currently seized, but it would most likely free up without too much work. The flywheel is missing, as is any form of table
I know nothing about the manufacturer of this drill marked DML 8. Searching "DML" on this site did no good. Nor did a search through companies beginning with "D". There were a few companies that could abbreviate to DMCo, but none to DML.

Above the "DML 8" cast into the body, you can see that there was a tag mounted above.
