I saw this on CL for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger and go after it. I sold my bench top jointer and drove 7hrs round trip to pick this bad boy up.
It was in rough shape and I grabbed it out of what looked like a functioning cabinet shop. I spoke to the gentleman that owned it and he said his dad bought it when he was a teenager and never got around to restoring it. His dad was a cabinet maker and carpenter and this was meant for home and side project use. This machine hasn't seen much use and when I broke it down to restore it was obvious by how very little wear it had. The tables where still coplanar?!?! With no sag in the table from worn ways.
Fully restored, to the colors I chose and I can't be happier with how amazing it turned out. Having a 62" bed is going to be very useful
(Sold in 2022, only to up size to an 8" jointer, but it was an amazing machine)
