This jointer was spotted for sale on Craigslist. There are no identifying marks, however it looks substantially like the MAC (Midland Appliance Corporation) jointer already in our photo archives. As there are no other jointers in out index with quite this design, I'm calling this one a MAC. The fence design is distinctive, as is the cutterhead guard and the open style of the castings.

One curious details is that the seller of this jointer describes it as "old and heavy". However the party who uploaded the photos of the other copy of this jointer, after looking that one over in person, described it as "very light in weight, with thin, open castings, and a three blade round cutter head running in bronze bearings". It's interesting how perspective matters! It will be interesting to hear the view from the next person to look over one of these.
