I received the machine intact but due to badly worn bearings it was apart with these pictures were taken.

After new babbitt, the knives sharpened and a 10hp 3ph motor, I used this old Baxter to plane 2500 bd/ft of oak for my floor.

A picture of it back together is coming soon..
