I Picked this up at a knife factory in Northeastern Massachusetts in 2019. After some research on it here I came to the conclusion that it was a base for a three head sensitive drill. I can see where the drive system bolted to the back and the table raising mechanism is the same as in the sensitive drill advertisement on the Images tab. I never saw the heads for it. It is "as found". This is about 36" wide and 39" to the top of the upper surface.
