Belonged to my Great Grandfather who was a RR engineer. He built many things for the RR in wood & iron. It's not for sale & id like to save it if at all possible once I find out what it does. Thanks/ps/don't know wether photo shows but it's pedal powered as in U depress pedal below machine manually.
