This is an Atlas No. 0 mandrel (arbor) press. I purchased it from a fellow OWWM member. It was stripped down to bare metal and repainted. The original lever handle was bent, so I made a new one. I also made some shims for the ram cap. The arbor plate was purchased from the Dake Corp., who bought the arbor press line from Atlas in the 1940s and still makes this model of press. It's a little on the small side, but will come in handy for a lot of jobs in my shop.
