I bought this at auction. Seller (from Lexington, KY) said original owner was a lumber yard in Kentucky who sold the saw to him because they never used it. He also used it briefly but has had it stored for over ten years. 5HP, 3Ø, dual voltage. The crank handle is not missing, it was provided. Complete other than anti-kickback pawls. Very nice example of this large DeWalt RAS.
