Bought off CL, in Williamson NY. The seller was in the process of downsizing for a move to MA. He told me 11 years prior he received it from a friend (Marion NY) and saved it from being dragged to the scrap yard. It stood in his barn/garage/shop unused all that time. He did not know anything else about it. There was a substantial guard around the belts so at some point it worked someplace that considered worker safety.
