Identified as from the Sidney Famous Universal Woodworker.
I realize some of the saw (mainly the lower rear portion) has been fabbed. Saw has 26-3/4" wheels(inside the tire). Overall height ~80". Table can be adjusted on an angle. Throat is a smidge over 27"
Table surface to bottom of guide if guide is all the way up = 9". Tire width = 1-1/2". Blade width = 3/4". Blade circumference is purported to be 168". 8 spoke wheels top and bottom. Currently fitted with an Artisan motor which is connected to a Lincoln Floor Machine Gear Reduction box. I bought it as a metal cutting bandsaw but I suspect it has been modified from a wood working saw. The blade speed is very very slow. I think the guard is not original and maybe it never had one originally. I can find no placards anywhere. I would just like to know the manufacturer and age.
