Found this machine on everyone's favorite online auction website. I watch too many ClickSpring videos on YouTube and had to have it. All the bearings are pretty worn and loose so it will definitely be a project getting it back to working condition.
Unfortunately the original data plate is gone but there are 2 screw holes where it should be. It is also missing the original flat belt pulleys and belt shifting lever. The only identifying marks found on this machine are letters that appear to read "NER 2" cast into the underside of the table.

Machine with table removed. The table is only held on by a single sliding pin. There is a cork wiper and retaining plate attached to the top of the frame.
