Comments:

Saw this in a local salvage sellers yard in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Sitting outdoors collecting patina and dust. Reciprocating action felt seized up so I left it there to age. Not sure if light fixture was a add-on or a factory option. No background info other than that
