Comments:
I acquired this bandsaw from a private seller in the greater Philadelphia area, only a few miles from where it was originally made in the late 1920's to early 1930's. It is the same general configuration as the 14" bandsaw featured on the Electric Carpenter combination machine, but scaled up to 20" and attached to a nicely styled cast iron base. It has a Wright #0 upper guide and Wright #212 lower guide. The machine is belt drive with the motor attached to an articulating cast iron plate within the stand to adjust for belt tension. Current plans are to clean the saw up and get it operational with new tires and bearings. Perhaps a full restoration in a few years.

A previous owner added a v-belt drive. This will be switched back to flat belt pulleys.
