W. F. & J. Barnes foot-powered Mortising Machine

Acquired in 2018 from an estate. It was stored in a machine shop, totally disassembled. I cleaned it up; 100% all original ( paint and components)
Serial number 3242

Type 4 was produced from 1892 to 1936
Based on the serial number on my machine, I estimate this machine to have manufactured about 1913 +/- (The serial number beginning in 1920 was 4315 and mine is 3242)
