I was searching for a vintage band saw project and wanted an older, quality machine. I had my eyes peeled for a Walker-Turner, Delta, or the like, but when this one popped up I jumped on it without even doing any research on the company. Just by looking at it I could tell it was a quality machine in its heyday, even though she'd fallen on some hard times. The restoration process required a complete nut and bolt tear down and was quite a fun project. After replacing the bearings and buying a new blade, it's now one of the sweetest cutting little saws I've ever had.
