I traded labor with a former employer for this unit. The machine was bought new by the company and has been maintained in great shape. It came with a shop built cabinet base a cope head and related hardware plus 2 extra tenon heads in a neat wooden box with shipping labels affixed. I also obtained a letter on Oliiver Machinery CO leaterhead including model numbers and prices. Mine is a 112 but the letter discusses models 106 and 108. I don't know the connection between Oliver and Millbury.
