This is a Crescent 40" angle band saw that was at the Marco shipyard auction November 2005 in Seattle. Both the upper and lower guards were pretty busted up and the lower wheel was a nicely done fabricated replacement. It did have the original fence though. We fired it up and it ran okay but with a pretty good vibration. It was a slow speed saw for sure but I could not get to the pulleys to determine the exact speed. We did tilt it a little and that part functioned well. The lower blade guide automatically drops with the tilt mechanism. I looked everywhere for a serial number but did not find one. Perhaps it was under some of the guarding. It was not stamped in the table anywhere. Sorry Keith.
