Long bed jointers and long fences have long intrigued me. Hard to find a longer 8" model than this one (84"). I was also down to the four-knife cutterhead. Most of this jointer is formed of welded steel plate. This one was close by (+) but will need some attention (-). It included an original 3ph Louis Allis motor.
