I got this band saw at Habitat for Humanity, in a "needs work" and partly disassembled state.
It has, I was told, a washing machine transmission mounted between the bandsaw pulley and the motor, requiring two belts.
That appears to do quite well in allowing the blade to run at two different speeds, depending upon whether the clutch
is engaged or not.
