Local purchase. Was part of a medical supply manufacturing facility in the Boston area before the company and all of its equipment relocated to Austin, TX (and was warehoused). The PO told me it was a 3-phase machine but I discovered they had simply 2-wired the single phase motor into a 3-phase twist-lock connector. Research and feedback indicate a 1HP/220V motor.

Overall very good condition, warts and all, and I look forward to restoring it.
