This was purchased locally from someone who did not know the history of the tool It has had some metal work done on it like the base with wheels and several adjustment knobs that have been fabricated. It has a huge GE repulsion induction motor that still works but causes some vibration due to the drive shaft wandering back and forth. The top measures 20" x 27" and has TCS 203 cast on one side otherwise I have inferred that it is a model 1160 made in '47. Would this motor have been original?
