This is a 3 phase grinder I picked up in Alameda, California. He got it several years prior from a friend of his that was in a shop, but he had never used it since acquiring it. It has an asset inventory tag that from the Friden Corporation, which was a manufacturer of calculating machines in the 1960s. It is missing the side covers, tool rests and the light shields, and was fitted with some eye shields from some other grinder manufacturer. I purchased it specifically for the pedestal for a single phase triple duty grinder I'd picked up a couple of years ago.
